What's in Skim Delux?
Skim Delux is made with an all-natural formula and process so unique they're patented. Our formula is added to skim milk... but it's not a thickener. Rather, the very nature of the fluid is changed... reducing the free flow of milk. That's how we get our more full-bodied consistency... while keeping the fresh, natural taste of milk.
How can Skim Delux have fewer calories than skim?
Even skim milk has a trace of fat. The all-natural Skim Delux formula surrounds this fat... so you can't absorb any fat... not even a trace!
What about nutritional content?
Glad you asked! Three 8-oz. servings of Skim Delux provide 100% or more of the Recommended Daily Value for calcium, phosphorus, riboflavin and vitamin D, plus 80% for vitamin B12 and protein.
